Total waste of time, haha! A few months back, I put in £10 with these folks, and it got stuck in pending for more than a week. After about 6 or 7 days, they finally got back to me and said I had to show proof of my deposit. I could've sent them a bank statement, but honestly, I was like, what's the point? I just asked them to cancel the deposit instead. After another 2 or 3 days, they finally responded and canceled it. What a dreadful experience! Seriously, why on earth do you need to prove you deposited something that clearly came from your own bank account after you already verified your ID when signing up? It's just weird! I mean, who else would be putting in the cash, the invisible boogeyman?!! I won't be using them again, that's for sure.

No one has gotten back to me, just a vague response saying the ‘relevant team is handling this request’. One of their staff members, a guy named ‘Nicholas’, has been ignoring my messages all morning. I've sent a bunch of emails.
I hate to say it, but their customer service is just terrible. I really made a huge mistake putting my money into this place.

This company is a total fraud, taking your personal info and freezing your funds forever! I recently registered and provided all my identification, plus two bank statements (which is just ridiculous since no legit company asks for more than one). Then, out of nowhere, they locked my account without any reason, leaving me unable to access my money. Seriously, don’t put your trust in this shady operation; go trade your crypto somewhere else.

My address isn't showing up on the map (ridiculous, I live on a major road). They want me to provide a utility bill, bank statement, or proof of residence, but I only do online banking and I really don’t want to waste workdays going to the municipality for nothing. I submitted an electricity bill. They claim it’s not good enough, even though it’s a valid bill from within the last six months as they asked. I reached out for clarification on why it’s not acceptable, but time keeps passing and I still haven’t received any answers. If they don’t want me as a customer, that’s fine by me.
